Ontario has passed revised Legislation concerning Confined Space Safety. These new regulations have been in effect since September 30, 2006. The above Confined Space Safety Training Program incorporates the new rgulations and are substantially more prescriptive than before. You are now required to have a Program, Plan & Permit among other requirements.
